Conn 20K Short Action Sousaphone*Refurbished* A BEAUTY!!!!!*NR*
Yep.....its a Conn 20K sousaphone!!!!! Hard to come by because its one of the most sought after on the market today. Its a "short action" offset valves. This one has just been reconditioned to look and play like new. All dents have been removed with a high luster buff job and a "oven baked" epoxy lacquer finish has been applied to make this horn last for MANY years of protection. Its one of the BEST lacquers on the market today. There is one patch on the branch (pictured) which will not effect the playing in any way. There are also some deep scratches which were not removed to keep the integrity of the horn. Valves have been fit so they are TIGHT and FAST!!!! Serial number is #50129. Engraving reads: Made by C.G.Conn Ltd. Bell diameter is 26" And bore size is .740 .I will let the pictures do the talking on this one. HINT:The new 20K`s retail out at over $6,000 but you can get this one for much less. A case IS NOT included but a new one can be purchased for 50% off ONLY if you are the high bidder. Your cost would be $325 (retail 650). Shipping would cost $225 in the USA as it would have to ship by truck. Because of the size it will have to be shipped by truck.
