This motif is in excellent condition and has never left the studio. It's been restored to factory settings and includes original manual (which has a little bit of writing inside and marks on the outside but everything is still legible) as well as software installation disk. It does not come with a power cord, but uses a general power cord that can be bought at any music store or Radio Shack type shop.
