For auction is a VERY rare 1920's WUNDERLICH JAZZOPHON.  It is played with a trumpet mouthpiece but shaped like a saxophone. There are  three piston valves that play like a standard trumpet and the fourth piston valve on the side instantly switches to the second bell which is muted and has a wah wah type trigger allowing endless possibilities for creative jazz playing. This is an original WUNDERLICH  and would be a great addition for any brass instrument collection. It is a used antique instrument and has tarnish, scratches and small dents typical of a very old instrument. Please see the pictures for condition. As far as I know it is entirely original with the possible exception of the receiver since it's a different color, however I have never seen another to compare.
