Bach model 182 cornet wrap flugelhorn. I have owned a few of these instruments, and have played even more, and this is the very first time I have ever seen one in gold plate! I have used this instrument for a good number of professional gigs and always get positive comments on the sound, and the good looks!Overall excellent condition. The instrument has a few nick and bumps from use, and a few spots along the leadpipe and one along the bell. The previous (and first) owner, who was primarily a saxophone player, special ordered this instrument in gold plate from Bach in the 1970's and it saw intermittent use over its life. Comes with original case, which has seen better days, but works well in protecting this instrument. Many of these Bach 182 model flugelhorns have damaged bell bows from moving around in their cases, however this case from Bach seems to have that issue resolved.
