Very good condition, the snare and kick drum are the original mesh head from alexis, the 2 toms and floor tom were realhead but I replaced the realhhead and Put a home make mesh head that I bought from eBay. ALESIS DM10 ELECTRONIC DRUM SET MESH HEADS.
