This clarinet has been sitting in my closet about 30 years. It is a 1974 Buffet Crampon & Cie R13.Serial number 151039. I just took it to Music & Arts and had worn pads/corks replaced and it was oiled and adjusted so it is in playing condition. The thumb rest has an oddball screw but should be easy to replace. If you would like additional photos let me know and i will take more.
