The mixer is in superb working and physical condition –
the studio was used for training purposes only.
The D.Max System Architecture
D.Max is digital mixing console that includes an
integrated routing switcher and separate control surfaces.D.Max can handle many tasks in a broadcast station and
adapts to different needs of production and ON-AIR use.
D.Max offers integration of ESAM II Protocol.
The signal processing unit of D.Max can be fully operated
by an automated ON-AIR Hard disk Play out System and automation.
The system Input and Output modules can be selected to
suit the user’s requirements.
All digital input modules are fitted with
sample-rate converters to avoid difficulties with different sampling rates of
digital signal source.
The signal is routed thought the internal
routing switcher. The routing switcher has a serial control interface and it
can be controlled from external equipment with proper serial interfacing.
The D.Max unit is provided with a total of
6 stereo summing busses that can be directed thought the Output Router to all
available Output modules.
The monitoring channels are directly
selected from the Summing buss and also provide an access to an external
source.System Description:

Central Control Unit with monitoring and
RTW BBC Type PPM meter with Phase meter one
Additional Control Surface with four faders one
and RTW BBC type PPM Meter

GPI (General Purpose Interface) and Preset unit one
All interconnecting cables

Mainframe with power supply, sync board,
router, DSP boards with serial and parallel interfaces for system control
extension possible by serial/parallel converter eight slots for input/output
