Ein Vintagetools VT19-1HE Rack ist für den professionellen Einbau von 2x A1 Danner Kassetten bestimmt. Alternativ lässt es sich auch mit 4x B1 oder 1x A1 und 2x B1 Kassetten bestücken. Sollten Sie mehr als vier B1 oder zwei A1 Danner Kassetten in einem gemeinsamen Rack verbauen wollen, so bieten wir Ihnen gerne eine idividuelle Sonderlösung an. Das in unseren Racks enthaltene handangefertigte Audio Netzteil VT2448psu ist konventionell mit einem eigens für uns gefertigten Trafo aufgebaut und liefert die von den meisten Dannerkassetten benötigte Spannung von 24V DC sowie zusätzlich 48V für die Phantomspannung von Kondensatormikrofonen. Alle VT19-1U Racks werden aus dickem, kunststoff-beschichteten Stahl gefertigt. Sie sind kratzfest und äußerst solide verarbeitet. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Rack-Lösungen für Danner Kassetten, beinhalten unsere Racks eine Führungsschiene und den original Tuchelrahmen zur Befestigung der 23-poligen Tuchel 2701 Stecker. Dank dieser Führungsschienen, können die Module ein- und ausgebaut werden ohne den Deckel zu entfernen. Wichtiger ist jedoch, dass durch den versenkten Einbau die Frontplatten der Module in einer Höhe mit denen des Racks sitzen. So sind unsere Racks auch optisch eine perfekte Lösung. Das Danner Kassetten Format: Danner Kassetten wurden in verschiedenen Größen gebaut. Teilweise werden andererorts auch Röhrenmodule und Siemens Sitral Module aus den 50er und 60er Jahren als Dannerkassetten bezeichnet. Wir unterscheiden in unserem Shop allerdings nur in zwei Größen, nämlich A1 (190mm x 40mm) und B1 (95mm x 40mm). Alle anderen Formate sind auf unseren Seiten KEINE Danner Kassetten und somit nicht passend für unsere Racks der Serie VT19-1U.

The VT19-1U racks are made for the professional rackmount of two A1 sized danner cassette modules. Alternatively you can mount 1x A1 and 2x B1 or 4x B1 cassettes in one VT19-1U rack, since together with the optional adapter, two B1 cassettes will always fit in an A1 slot. If you want to mount more than 4x B1 cassettes together in one 19" rack, you can switch to our custom solutions. We will build your custom rack, mastering-mixer or even recording console made from vintage german broadcast modules. The included power supply VT2448psu is also handmade and strictly high quality. It provides you with the stable 24V DC output needed for the most dannercassettes. Beyond that it delivers 48V phantom power for condenser mics. Our racks are made of solid steel and have an impact resistant and scratch proof finish in RAL 9005 (black). Contrary to our competitors we also take care of the "inner values" of our racks. We use mounting-rails and tuchelframes exactly like the original manufacturers of the old desks did. That leads to the fact that you can pull the cassettes without even opening the rack. More important the modules float with the racks frontplate and not just sit on top of it, which looks rather poor in our opinion. The dannercassette format: Dannercassettes are modules taken from vintage german broadcast and recording consoles. Modular hi-quality mixers were very popular in the braodcast industrie from the 50´s up to the early 90´s of the last century. Sometimes the word "dannercassette" is misused for all of modules made in this era, including even the old TAB / Telefunken tube amps like the V72, U73 anfd V76 or the later developed Siemens Sitral modules. However, on our websites when speaking of dannercassettes we mean the later ones with only two possible sizes: A1 (190mm x 40mm) and B1 (95mm x 40mm). All other modules are NOT compatible to our VT19-1U racks.
