We sell antique/vintage items, all pre-owned-consignors, we do not have a return policy, or partial refunds. Our items are often vintage and from estates and are sold AS IS---NO RETURNS! If the item arrives damaged, DO NOT return it. Contact the shipping company USPS to file a claim as all items are sent insured and the shipper will deal with you directly for any claims. Florida Residents pay 6% sales tax. **No Returns---Imposed Returns**** Buyer is responsible for return shipping & insurance, etc. We get signature confirmation on items over $250.00 (ebay policy).
Also, in the event of damage or loss in shipping via USPS, the buyer will be required to deliver the damaged item and all packing material to his local postal carrier and fill out a USPS "Damage Report" (per USPS insurance claim requirements), prior to being reimbursed for item.
