Eterna 800S model by Getzen USA Professional Shepherds Crook Bb Cornet. American made by Getzen Co. Elkhorn, WI. Ca early 1990s. Serial #P06402. Medium/Large bore .460" measured inside the second valve slide itself. The Cornet measures 13 1/2"l., 4 3/4" Bell & weighs 2 lbs. 3.8 ozs. The Cornet is equipped with the 1st. valve slide thumb saddle & 3rd. valve slide fixed push ring. Amado water keys. Nickel slide inserts. Great Getzen valves providing excellent compression & speed. New top cap bumper felt and valve stem felt. Beautiful Mother of Pearl capped finger buttons. The Cornet comes with a new Yamaha Japan 16C4 mouthpiece & the Getzen case in just fair condition, damage to the outside. Good latches.This Beautiful Getzen Eterna Cornet has just returned from new Silver Plate over-all and Gold Wash applied to the Bell along with a ultrasonic cleaning. New lead pipe and m/p receiver.
