There is some discoloration on the top arm of the guitar. It is hard to tell if it is the wood grain showing through or the finish. Classic Alpine White finish on the Mahogany body and neck with white/black binding, a gold plexi pickguard and gold hardware. The guitar has a nice action and the thin profile neck with a Rosewood fretboard feels great. The frets are in excellent condition. The Gibson '57 Classic and '57 Classic Plus pickups have an great vintage tone and powerful output. The guitar is equipped with a tune-o-matic bridge, stop bar tailpiece and Grover locking tuners. Looks, plays and sounds great.Includes the original vintage brown Gibson hard shell case. Made in the USA.Serial Number: 140111720Weight: 8 lbs. 15 oz.
