Up for sale is a Fender '65 Deluxe Reverb Reissue. This amp is amazing sounding and has been upgraded with some NOS tubes, properly biased, and has the bright capacitor on the Vibrato channel removed. All of this had been done by the previous owner. The benefit of the of the bright capacitor being removed from the circuit is that it enables the amp to take pedals far better than in stock form. Not only does it handle pedals better, the vibrato channel no longer has a nasty "ice pick" top end to it like the stock amplifier does. Feel free to research the Bright Cap Mod on these amps if you are not familiar with it. The amp still has its stock speaker, which has been broken in and sounds phenomenal! The stock foot switch for the tremolo and reverb is included with amplifier although it is not shown in the pictures. A list of the included tubes will be shown below.The only issue with this amp is that the reverb is not working, which has not been a problem for me as I get all of my effects from pedals. I am not very handy and do not have the skills to trouble shoot the issue. I also unfortunately do not have an amp tech in my area. Everything else works properly.The tubes included with this amp are as follows:V1- No tube (decreases noise and increases the available gain of the vibrato channel)V2- NOS Beijing Silver Special 12ax7 (Amazing in Black Face Fender amps; Low noise)V3- NOS Mullard CV4024 (Highly regarded as one of the best tubes for these amps)V4 Tung Sol 12ax7V5- Tung Sol 12ax7V6- NOS Mullard CV4024V7- EHX 6v6 GT (These sound amazing when biased properly)V8- EHX 6v6 GTV9- Groove Tubes 5AR4I have only owned this amp for a few months, and have never gigged it.
