This is a great (and rare) example of one of Yamaha's best loved D trumpets. Made in the 1970's & 80's predominantly for the USA market, they've become well known and respected throughout Europe as a powerful and free blowing D trumpet with great, stable intonation. It's in great shape for its age, with only the usual small dents around the middle of the bell flare (just by the valves and forward brace) that usually occur as a result of fast swapping from the regular Bb. The valves and slides are free moving and airtight. (It is a Yamaha after all!)It comes in the original double case which has seen some use, but is perfectly usable. It also has a mouthpiece (Yamaha 11) which, like the case, has seen plenty of use but is perfectly usable.Don't miss this opportunity to own a fully functioning part of Yamaha history!Check out my !
