I will also include the phone/tablet holder that is not included in the other listing for this unit on ebay.Don't waste your money on buying old outdated CDJs on gumtree. This has all of the functions of any CDJ under the CDJ 900 nexus, in fact, it has some features like 4x hot cue buttons which is only otherwise found on the super expensive CDJ 2000 and CDJ 2000 nexus. Just like the CDJ series, it is the only unit in the XDJ series to play of both CDs and USB drives, including rekord tagged mp3s just like on the CDJ 900 and 2000 series, so you can prepare your USB for the nightclubs and test it on this baby at home so you know it will play properly before taking your usb to the club. It works as a standalone USB or CDJ just like the CDJ 900 and 2000s or it can be used as a controller for Traktor or other DJ software, including Rekordbox Player on the iPad and iPhone which it can connect to wirelessly via it's own built in, wireless hub which means you don't need wifi in the area.Unlike used CDJs, which are not rekordbox compatible usb players except for the 350, 850, 900 and 2000 series (which you will find on gumtree at a higher price than this unit), the XDJ R1 has a unique one of a kind feature not found in other CDJ or XDJ units.... Well, I don't have an iPad or iPhone so I've just been using it as a CDJ and I'm upgrading to a pair of CDJ nexus decks as they have a bigger jog wheel and built in colour screens, however, they cost $5000 used with the mixer so this is a bargan in comparison.The XDJ R1 is in good condition. There is a light scratch on the right jog wheel but it's you might not have noticed it if I didn't mention it. I can't see any other signs of use on the unit, other than that one scratch it's very clean.Note: the first photo is the official pioneer photo and it does not contain the ipad or headphones that you see in the official photo.
