This violin is currently for sale by a respected Los Angeles violin shop and you may audition it there, however the dealer is asking $20,000 for this instrument. It is 191 years old and in excellent shape without cracks and has a very sweet, fine sound. It comes with a 1975 opinion from Hans Weisshaar and also a recent one from the Los Angeles violin shop where it is currently being shown. It is an excellent violin for the student or professional. You are encouraged to visit the shop and negotiate the purchase through the shop. With that you will receive the full backing of an established LA dealer. Otherwise, purchasing on Ebay is at the prices listed and we are not a dealer and can't provide a place to audition. Feel free to ask any questions, thank you.
