This is a twelve year old set of double second steel drums built by Tropical Hammer Steel Drums. Has been played mostly by my high school and elementary steel drum bands. The notes are in the synchronized note pattern that is popular on the Panyard steel drums. Both drums are chromed with some slight rust coming through. Both pans are bored around the notes. The price for the steel drums includes the stand as well. They will be tuned by a Tropical Hammer Steel Drums before they are shipped to the buyer.
