Up for sale is a 2016 Gibson Explorer T with an SKB Hardshell TSA Case. This guitar is less than a year old and has very little play time, it is still in excellent condition with no notable scratches or bumps. This guitar is PLEK'd, so the frets are perfect (they are also cryogenically treated this year for extremely long life), and it has a thin but rounded neck profile. It has a very straight neck with low action (1mm high E and 1.5mm low E). The back-of-body strap button has been relocated to the traditional side location. The only factory defect of note is a small imperfection in the neck finish where it meets the fretboard, size about 2mm. The 2016 Explorers retail for $1299, and $140 the SKB hardshell case, by used (almost new condition) and save a boatload!
