What makes this guitar special: A stripped down version of an American classic, this Les Paul Junior plays beautifully. Perfect for a beginning player, or as a no-nonsense addition to a collection, this guitar has the feel and finesse of its more expensive counterparts, at a fraction of the price. Cosmetic condition: The guitar is in great condition overall. Light scratches throughout, as well as some dings and chips in the finish. There's a minor stress crack in the finish along the bass side of the neck near the nut, but this is purely cosmetic & does not affect sound quality or playability. In fact it's hardly noticeable.
Body: Solid unbound mahogany body in sunburst finish with single-ply black pickguard and compensated wraparound bridge. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 12.5 oz. Neck: Medium profile mahogany neck with white side dots. Beautiful rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays. 22 frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Vintage style Kluson Deluxe tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width, 24 3/4" scale length. The neck is straight, and the truss rod functions as it should. Electronics: Gibson P-90 single coil (7.9K ohms) in bridge position with 1x tone, 1x volume controls. Playability/Sound: This guitar is quick and comfortable to play, and has the familiar feel of a classic Les Paul. The P-90 has a full and rich sound, with plenty of warmth. Case: Gibson padded gig bag included.
