Up for auction is my beloved Ovation model Tornado. The Serial number is A304 which makes it a 1968. If you wish you can go on the Ovation website and check A304 for the year.This semi-acoustic guitar is probably the only one in Great Britain in this condition, which is in mint condition for the year.I have just fitted new strings and set the pick-ups at the right height. As for the pick-ups they are all original, as everything else is. This is truly a magnificent instrument, the pick-ups are, as they say, to die for. The sound is wonderful.The only issue, which is insignificant, is that the pick guard has been cut round the neck pick-up to obtain access to the height adjustment screws. There are two tiny marks on the front, which are like pinheads.This was bought new, not by me, but it has always been in England. The ones in America exactly the same have suffered from neglect and too much heat, leaving the paintwork in a bit of a state. Not so this one, the back, the front, the sides and the neck are almost as it came out of the factory.There is a brand new case with this guitar.The reason for selling this beauty is that I have got arthritis in my hands.Check my feedback at 100% for everything I sell.You will not be disappointed, believe me.
