Very nice shape with very small dents. The case is in excellent shape. This will come with a Garabaldi SXR S 4 mouthpiece, Jupiter mouthpiece and a mouthpiece that has OM and 1 on it. This has the 7 inch bell and a serial number of L 41201. Please look at the pictures. Thanks for looking at our listing!
