Just got back from our repair shop and this flute is READY TO PLAY. All that was needed was a bit of adjusting and lubing! Keys and laquer show no wear. The case is missing a handle so I will include a soft carrying case (pink) at no extra charge. Yamaha cases have a tendency to pop open at the latch anyways so this extra case will add some security when transporting.
