Strasser SML wood Oboe serial 8254L Professional With left F and third Octave Key Grenadilla Wood oboe Repaired crack in top joint it has no effect on the playing of this oboe . The bore looks excellent no scratches or water lines. Restored to good playing condition, With many new pads. The body is made entirely of Grenadilla wood. All wood has been treated with my bore oil treatment. All keys were removed cleaned and polished. There is little to no wear on the keys See pic's Key work in nickel silver Conservatory system Left F with F resonance key Range to low Bb Low Bb with resonance B to C# trill C to C# First octave key Second octave key closes the first octave (semi-automatic system) Right and left G# key G# to A trill key open vented D key Low C trill key ( banana key) All trill keys This oboe has been serviced, I have play tested this oboe and made intonation adjustments. This oboe has very nice intonation at A= 440. and a nice full tone and plays free very little resistance. A joy to play !! It comes in an oboe case. No reeds
