This is the rare Lexicon Model 97 MEO Super Prime Time programmable digital delay processor. If you are looking at this listing, then you probably already know what it is. For those who do not, I will go out on a limb and say this is the best digital delay ever made. Lexicon has always been a leader in time-based digital effects, and this was the flagship model of their line. It is  the equivalent of two PCM42's with common inputs, and programmable memory.
This unit was very expensive new. Pro Net price was $3,400.00. It is a dual output delay with separately controllable outputs and on-board mixing of the two delay times and regeneration levels. It has full 20K bandwidth at all delay times. This unit has the extended memory option. Both A and B delays go to 1.92 seconds with full bandwidth. It has 32 programmable memories in four banks of eight. In addition, it has eight factory presets, which can be modified and stored in the 32 memories. It can also be used manually. These are outstanding for use with all instruments, drums and vocals. It can do all types of echo effects with or without regeneration, doubling, phasing, flanging, vibrato, pitch twisting, etc. The memory backup battery was replaced just a few years ago, and is still good. It has both XLR balanced inputs and output, as well as ¼” inputs, and also separate ¼” outputs from both A and B delays . It would be a great addition to any recording studio or the ultimate delay for live sound. Power cable is included. The original factory manual is also included. The unit shows signs of normal use, but is still in good condition. It has been recently tested, and is fully functional. Guaranteed as described, as pictured, not DOA.
