Near mint 2005 12 string breedlove custom shop performance series. Solid sitka top,solid Flamed maple book matched back,solid flame maple sides,maple neck and ebony fretboard with pearl birds,ebony binding,mini Grover tuners with ebony buttons(custom) dual source pick up and ohsc all in excellent condition. Action is impeccable best 12 string I ever played no issues whatsoever no scratches no finish checking two little dings which are barely noticeable. Neck is straight as an arrow,holds tune perfect and sounds beautiful even better than my guild 12 string I use to have. Comes with new strings and a capo. Guitar retailed for 4400$ when new. The workmanship is excellent.
