Harkening back to characteristics from Gibson’s Nick Lucas Specials from the 1920s and 30s, Santa Cruz’ H13 is 13-fret deep bodied guitar that gives you surprising power from a small package, placing the bridge at the optimum position for while maintaining a longer string length with the higher neck joint.The Santa Cruz H13 is a great guitar for fingerstyle blues players, or the singer-songwriter acoustic guitarist. The neck joins the body at the 13th fret, instead of the traditional 14th fret, the H13 delivers power beyond belief. It utilizes a 25.375" scale length with longer strings & more air space to create a sound unrivaled by any other model. The H13 takes classic elements with modern appointments to create a powerful small-bodied guitar. 14-3/4" lower bout, natural finished spruce top with scalloped X-bracing, mahogany back and sides, 13-fret mahogany neck with strap button installed in treble side of heel, 21-fret ebony fingerboard and pyramid bridge, tortoise plastic pickguard, ivoroid-bound body, slotted peghead with ebony headstock overlay, vintage-style tuners with ivoroid buttons, there are a couple of minor pick scratches on the top, (factory) Fishman Matrix Infinity pickup / preamp system, 1-3/4" nut width & made in USA.
