si tratta di un violino con:
° la tavola in abete ;
° il fondo, le fasce e la testa in acero ;
° la tastiera in ebano ;
Qua di seguito le misure dello strumento:lunghezza cassa dal fondo : 357 mmlarghezza polmone superiore dal fondo : 172 mmlarghezza centrale: 118 mmlarghezza polmone inferiore: 209 mmvernice ad alcool di colore marrone e con sottofondo giallo.
Lo strumento è stato provato e restaurato da un liutaio, ora è pronto per essere suonato.
all'interno etichetta con scritto: " Joseph Guarnerius fecit Cremonae anno 17?? "
