New B&S Eb tenor horn made by Stotzl in Germany complete with 3AL mouthpiece and light weight back pack style case This is the last one available ! These are no longer made and this is the last one available from my suppliers this is a genuine bargain these would normally sell for around £1400
The B&S range is highly regarded and manufactured in Germany (they also make Besson Sovereign and Besson Prestige models). This model is of an intermediate standard. The reason they have deleted the line is that each one has probably been losing the factory money; they work to a high standard and use good materials, treating the manufacturing process much like they would for a £3,000 instrument; however, instruments from China, which not always as well made, are cheaper. There is a B&S 3AL tenor horn mouthpiece included, along with valve oil and slide grease. It is supplied in a brand new padded gig-bag with side pockets and optional shoulder straps. Specifications (from the B&S website): “All B&S Eb Altohorns with piston valves are equipped with yellow brass bell and body, as well as corrosion safe gold brass leadpipe.” 11mm / 0.433" bore 200mm / 7.87" bell 3 valves monel pistons clear lacquered
