Product Description The D-140CE is a performance-driven dreadnought with all the playability and tone that have made Guild the go-to name for discerning players. The solid spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides produce a strong, balanced voice with tight, focused bass and crisp mids and highs. What was refurbished on this guitar:When this guitar came in from the factory, the only issue found by the authorized refurbisher was a minor finish flaw on the back of the body (see photo). No repairs or modifications were made to the guitar - they simply gave it a set-up and left it alone. Aside from the minor cosmetic flaw, it looks and plays like new. Back of the headstock is stamped "used" and original serial # has been replaced with a new one.
