I purchased this Candy Apple Red Deluxe Strat new in 2009. I immediately installed EMG DG Pups to emulate David Gilmour's Red Strat.
This Strat is a beauty and has been in it's case 99.99% of the time I have owned it.
It has a fresh new battery for the PUPS that should last 500+hrs of playing time.
You can get every sound from Stevie Ray to David Gilmour with the EMG's without all the noise. Perfect for recording.
