Offered here is a fine, completely handmade full size violin by Gregory Krone, violinmaker from near St. Louis, Mo. Intense curly maple sides and back, fine spruce top, gorgeous orange/amber oil varnish. Greg is an alumnus of the Peter Prier School of violin making in Salt Lake City. His enrollment there occurred back in the 70's. Wonderful, dense and resonant tone, very even, exceptional handmade violin for the modest asking price.
