Description
Gretsch stop sign badge era One Nighter drum set. This is a born together kit, numbers are close. Im not sure but my research says its early 70's Numbers range from 220 to 289These drums are near mint the blue sparkle wrap is almost flawless the chrome on the hoops shows mild pitting and the lug casings are very slight pitting you have to look closely. The hoops on the bass drum are very clean and tight. the consolette is missing the tilter head and its mounting bolt, nut and hanger. The Snare is a C.O.B 4160 all there and in great shape the shell is very clean with mild signs of wear and the hoops have very slight pitting and wear, the snare shows more signs of use than the other shells. The badge is missing its back ground paint.Snare has new heads and snare. The Bass is a 20" with the Pratt Mute system completely in tact super nice drum, it has one flaw at the seam which is under the head and hoop so you cannot see it. I think someone broke the edge of the wrap putting a head on, this is common and unseen but worth noting, does not effect the function or tone.Perfect badgeThe Tom is a 12" with mutes on both heads which are new. The tom has a very slight lift at the seam other wise close to mint. perfect badgeT-claws rods lugs washers felts are all there these drums have been taken apart and cleaned and polished and tightened they are ready to go, I have never heard a more full sounding 20" bass drum in my life even with the older heads its impressive.I chose not to change the bass drum heads since I will be shipping it.All drums have very nice edges, the labels look new and the paint inside is excellent. These drums have been well cared for and not traveled much. the stands in the pictures are not included.NO International shipping states only
