Check out this G&L ASAT Classic in Butterscotch!The great Leo Fender founded G&L in 1980. Every G&L USA guitar is hand-made in the historic G&L facility on Fender Avenue in Fullerton, California "The Birthplace of Bolt-on." The ASAT Classic is an update on the Telecaster guitar - from the very shop where the first one was born back in 1950. This guitar carries the craft, soul, tone, and playability of generations of great American guitar design.This Fender Lonestar is a USA made guitar that is in good condition. The swamp ash body has is topped with a see through butterscotch finish which allows the attractive grain of the wood to show. A maple neck and fretboard is topped with jumbo frets and the headstock has G&L vintage tuning machines. For pickups it has the G&L MFD single coil pickups for a crisp attack with complete harmonics while the steel boxed bridge has individual brass saddles for intonation refinement. For controls you'll find the standard 1xVolume, 1xTone and 3-way switch layout.
This ASAT Classic is a players guitar. It shows some scratches, pickswirl, buckle swirl, along with some dent, dings and scrapes around the edges. It plays beautifully with a nice low action and a straight neck.
