HERE IS A VERY RARE CHANCE TO BUY ONE OF THE FINEST DRUMS IN THE WORLD! IT WAS MADE IN DRESDEN, GERMANY BY THE FAMOUS DRESDENR APPERATABAU COMPANY. FORMERLY EAST GERMANY IN THE 50'S AND 60'S. THEIR TIMPANI WERE AND ARE THE FIRST CHOICE OF ALL TOP ORCHESTRAS. THE SNARE DRUMS WERE IMPORTED HERE THRU CANADA BY VIC FIRTH. THIS PARTICULAR ONE WAS USED IN THE ISRAELI SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA. IF YOU WILL NOTICE THE STYLE OF THE COIL WOUND SILK. A MUCH WIDER COILING THAN THE STANDARD AMERICAN STYLE. A MORE DELICATE AND PRECISE SOUND. THE BUTT END PROVIDES FOR INDIVIDUAL SNARE STRAND ADJUSTMENT. THE STRAINER HAS A 2 KNOB ADJUSTMENT. OUTER AND INNER STRANDS CAN BE ADJUSTED SEPERATELY. THE MUFFLER CAN BE ADJUSTED TO ANY DEGREE BY TURNING THE KNOB. INSTANT RELEASE BY PUSHING KNOB IN. A UNIQUE AND SUPERIOR INSTRUMENT IN EVERY WAY. THIS IS A MUST HAVE IN EVERY DRUMMERS ARSENAL.
