1940 Gibson L-37 archtop for repair

I have for sale this Gibson L-37 archtop guitar in need of some repairs. This guitar is from 1939 or 1940 it is difficult to make out the E or F prefix stamp on the serial number, the L-37 was produced from 1937 until 1941. The spruce top has two top cracks in the lower treble bout also a smaller crack starting at the pickguard attachment screw hole in the upper treble bout. The sides and flat ladder braced back are maple and crack free but have a couple loose braces. The mahogany neck is straight there is a crack in the heel, seems tight but visable. There also is a hairline crack in the fingerboard from fret 15 to 19 under the B sring. The frets are in very good condition. All of the parts are original, the pickguard is missing.
