Original ES-345 debuted in 1959 in response to demand for an upgrade on the revolutionary new semi-hollowbody design of the ES-335, now you can get the same guitar , built by same company with all precision available. Beautiful combination of rich red body with golden hardware , laminated on both sides (multi-ply on front and single-ply on back) re-creates the view of legend, that nobody could possibly deny. The neck is really fast and convenient, with slim 1960 profile, you could easily play a lot, without any stress to your arms. This instrument not only looks gorgeous, it has sound that covers wide range of music genres. You can easily get smooth and mellow jazz tone, as well as bright rowdy-dowdy rock'n'roll or rockablilly sound. Also, one should not forget that it is the very guitar, that gave birth to famous Lucille of King of Blues - B.B. King. Almost all specifications of 345 is identical to Lucille.
