This is a MalletKat PRO Alternate Mode Percussion Controller in great condition. The only issues are: The power jack is a bit wiggly, you need to duct-tape the (included) power cord to the unit because it's wonky, probably the jack can be fixed if you want to. And the output jack, same thing. But the "Headphones" output jack works just fine, so the unit can be used with that. All that being said, the MalletKat is sold "As Is". Included with the unit is the 9-volt plug. Also included is the original Hard Road Case by UNITEC which is in nice condition.
