This is a sweet little tenor banjo that is fun to play. It would be a great novelty on stage and is light weight. It's painted cream white. Has a permanently attached resonator. Front is also permanent wood and has no Weather King head. Wood head is embedded with gold rhinestones and neck has inlaid ivory fret markings. The case is old and has been duck taped to hold it together but it works. (good old duck tape)My late husband, a well know Las Vegas jazz banjo player, bought this back in the 70's but I have no idea how old it really is.You may want to get another case for it or just keep this funky one as a conversation piece :) ... It works!
