This listing is for a beautifully crafted, hand-made set of Uilleann Pipes by Aaron O'Hagan from Belfast, County Antrim. While I am loath to part with such a fine set, I bought my son a full set by Andreas Rogge and, must admit, would rather see the practice set being played than sitting gathering dust. What can I say about this set. It's quality, that much is true. The chanter has such beautiful tone. If you don't believe me, go to Aaron's own web-site and check out John Mc Sherry playing 'The Old Bush' and 'The Dublin Reel' on this actual chanter: http://www.aaronohagan.com/sounds/ Aaron makes really good reeds, so you know you're getting something that's not going to let you down for a long, long, long time. The set includes a hand stitched leather bag, bellows and a beautifully crafted chanter of ebony wood with rosewood caps, brass neck and two keys for C natural and F and fit nicely in a sturdy case. The original list price for this set was £1200, but I am eager to move them on to a good home and will start the bidding at a very reasonable £800.00. Because of the nature of the item and it's value, it'll cost around £25/£30 to ship, but I'll round that down to £20. Any queries, please ask me anything, I will reply asap. Good luck bidders!
