For sale is a used Butterscotch Hot Rod Fender Telecaster. Resmebles a '52 reissue. I bought this guitar as for a Rolling Stones Project I was doing ala Keith Richards. This tele's maple neck is from a USA 1978 Fender telecaster with frets that are original and show little wear. Necks during this period had the original 7.25 radius. The neck also was upgraded with a graphite nut. The neck-plate is a later 4 bolt Fender neckplate with Fender name instead of the older reverse F logo and s/n on it. The body is a Fender 2012 USA Nashville body made of solid Ash. The neck p/u is from a 1972 Les Paul, and the bridge p/u is a new, hot Dimarzio. The wiring is a pro upgrade, using USA cloth shielded wire just like the ones in the 1950’s. The input jack is housed in an electro socket cup that many pros prefer over the factory stamped metal cup that always seems to work loose and need re-tightening. The guitar is in like-new condition, save some very mild wear on the neck. Action is low, neck is straight, plays like butter and has awesome tone. Tweed hardshell case included with instrument.  The instrument weighs in at approx. 8-9 lbs on my old fashioned bathroom scale.
