I am selling a used Apogee Rosetta 800 96k 8-Channel AD/DA Converter 24bit/96KkHz. Includes the power cord, 2 x DB25 Snakes (One is a DB25 to DB25, and another is DB25 to 8 TRS), and 2 x Professional Grade ADAT Cables.
I've used this unit to record multiple albums released professionally and for sound design in movie projects. My favorite feature is to be able to route audio in and out as I love summing with this unit. It features Apogee SoftLimit, Apogee UV22HR and Apogee Intelliclock. This unit does not include the Firewire card. I have since upgraded my studio setup to an Apogee Symphony System and am selling off a lot of other gear this included. It sounds absolutely amazing.
This is unit is working great, sounds amazing, and has only been used in a non-smoking recording studio. There are some scratches from moving it in and out of the rack mainly on the bottom. I purchased this one from Ebay last year and received it in this condition. The only other issue is in the back, on of the DB25 Connectors has a Screw broken off inside. The DB25 Connections have always fit and worked properly with just the one.
The unit has AES In/Out, ADAT lightpipe In/Out, and Analog In/Out. I do not have a hard copy of the user's guide but you can find the PDF at apogeedigital dot com Please review all the photos carefully and ask any questions. I have made every effort to describe the items as completely as possible and I think you will be very happy with this interface. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:I describe each item as accurately as possible. The Apogee Rosetta 800 is a professional digital audio recording device but it is not "plug and play." While I had no problems integrating this interface into my recording system, every computer recording system is different and requires different configuration to make things work perfectly and "talk to each other." Each of us has our own unique recording set up with different computers, OS, hardware, drivers, interfaces and DAWs. I am not qualified to troubleshoot your recording system for you. As such, it is your responsibility to learn and understand how to make this interface work in your system. This interface is guaranteed to be as described and in great working condition. I do not accept returns because you could not figure out how to make this work in your recording system or you simply don't like the way it sounds.
