Olivia's Vintage would like to present this original 1965 Epiphone Newport bass in its original RARE Pacific Blue finish. It has a good playing neck with great frets. It's all original with the exception of two screws, and 100% complete with the exception of one strap button and one screw in the pickguard. It even has its original case, and the original mute is included. The 3rd strap button hole is a little wider than normal as it has had a larger screw in place. There is a "2" stamped on the back of the headstock indicating a factory second (some type of factory flaw with the guitar). The seams around the neck joint show a bit of separation and finish flaked away, but the neck joint is still solid and has not been reset. There are some minor nicks + dings (a few are touched-up), finish worn around the strap button area, minor belt buckle wear, and other cosmetic wear including two misaligned screw holes for the thumbrest screws. Everything remains structurally sound with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. All electronics work and sound great.
