XNice Franz Sandner German 16” Viola Dorfner Bow & Bobelock. Model 3103S (1999) serial # 098644 (current retail for Viola alone is 2895.00 and ours is nicely outfitted ). The Sandner shop in Germany produces a wide range of instruments from student through master level. The 3103S is a “better” step up student instrument, and suitable for solo work. Ours is in excellent condition, nr mint except for a bit of surface wear at the bass treble hole. I am not certain what caused it?? but it is very minor. We have had a number of Sandners in over the past few years and all have been well received by their new owners :-). This violia will impress your teacher with it’s well balanced projection. Our outfit also includes a fine German Dorfler step up bow (model 23?) apx 700.00 new, and a Bobelock system case - apx 350 retail ( solid and shows only light wear ) to keep it all warm and happy :-) This viola has been well cared for and was almost 4000.00 in 1999. We are asking a bit less :-). As with all our fine instruments, we understand the bond between player and instrument and always offer a 14 day play/return policy with No restocking fee. ( see below ).*****PLEASE READ***** PLEASE ask any questions before purchasing or the auction ends. ***** US SHIPPING***** Buyers pay shown shipping quote; We pay to fully insure your purchase against damage in shipping :-) We can’t always ship next day, but ship 95+% of our packages within 24 hours. ** Note, Ebay provides a UPS calculator and we will use that figure for shipping.
