Unlike most overseas factories, we only stock tone wood that's appropriate for violin making, and send them into the hands of European trained makers, who are detailed and having same enthusiasm as we do! Each instruments will then be finished in our US workshop, this allows us to provide real manufacturing price, with way beyond shop quality!
Italian Tradition meets modern Intelligence: Modern violin making has made huge progress in recent years!! While respecting and following the tradition Italian method, we continue to establish modern technique to make our instruments sound as the high dollar ones! From tonewood analysis/pairing, plate tuning, bass bar selection/fitting, to the varnishing material usage, Power and Sound is always the first priority, and as we believe, the core value of any modern instruments!
Hear before you buy! No two violins sound alike! A great number of our buyers are performing musicians, who have a "sharp" ear and very particular in the tonal character of each violin. We are glad to provide the extra service to record each single instrument: 1. To prove the violin is in real playing condition 2. Giving buyers the freedom to pick the one with their desired sound, instead of blind shopping and end up with something they do not expect!!
Higher standard that you deserve: The main reason that many buyers found our violins sound way superior than similar/much more expensive ones, is we have a very strict making process, from tone wood stocking, to final acoustic treatment done in the US workshop. Each violin has to be treated individually, based on the wood density, plate thickness, to assure the best possible tonal quality and playability!
Door to door delivery: We ship internationally on regular basis: Japan, Korea, Germany, switzerland, France, Australia, South Africa..etc. All violins will be packed professionally, with cushion material filling inside a secure foam case, so you can enjoy right after receiving, at exact same condition as the instrument left our workshop! About This Violin: A pure soloist/collector graded violin done in the old Italian tradition, strictly competition level workmanship combined with highest graded tonewood and varnish. 20 yrs old finest European Alps spruce and two piece tight flame maple. Traditional Italian reddish oil varnish. A highly sophisticated, professional graded violin with the vintage "Strad" warm, sweet deep voice and a bold projection. Dark, extraordinary open G string with thick texture. Ringing tone with an even, smooth response across strings. Sweet projective E string that speaks with depth and great projection.
