WOW! HUGE Vintage Bottle/Tube Microphone w/ Vintage Floor Stand - Late 1930's

Offering an absolutely stunning HUGE Vintage "Tube/Bottle" Microphone. The massive microphone body measures 18" high and over 4" wide. The combined weight of mic and stand is around 17 pounds! I polled many experts on this mic and the consensus is that it is most likely a variant of a West German build, circa 1930's! The top mic element also has German styling cues. The bottle is a shell only, (no electronics within the tube) so consider this a very rare display collectible. The top element does have a pickup inside which is shown in the last 2 photos. The stand is definitely a Shure model, circa 1939, adjustable to nearly 6 feet! The stand has 4 nice art-deco legs for added stability and is very heavy iron with a nickel coating. (One of the feet has an adjustable leveler.) The microphone's heavy stainless steel body is near perfect, no dents, no obvious mars, and has a proper clamp to attach it to the mic stand. The stand is 100% functional and locks in all positions, has some pitting on the finish but pretty good for being over 80 years old. One expert actually called this combo a "Museum Piece"!Because of the weight and size, this needs to be shipped in 2 boxes, and the shipping cost within the USA would be around $100. (It it's less, I'll refund you the difference. If it's more, I'll absorb that.) I maxed out the photos to give you a look for every possible angle.
