1961 SLINGERLAND-SWING-MASTER 5N ENSEMBLE set, 3 piece w/ hardwareslingerland bass (22), tom (12) matching snare (4 1/2) in 2-tone black/gold duco lacquer.it has its share of nicks/bruises for a 55 year old kit but theyre small and this still looks
great. The chrome is fantastic and the shells still have great shine, as you can plainly see.
This is not a wrap but the original hand rubbed lacquer paint job on these mahogany shells
that are reinforced with maple hoops.It has single flange rims on the snare and tom that were the order of the day. The bass still
has the original calf-skin heads front and back and the tom has one on the bottom. The tom
top has new evans heads as does the snare.The kit includes matching slingerland hi-hat stand and pedal. The hi-hat is a krupa and the kick pedal is an epic but both foot-boards match.Original snare stand and throne are included. Tom is bass hoop mounted. Includes bass mounted cymbal stand and original super swiss 18" ride and 14" UFIP hihat cymbals (sabian crash in picture is not one of them), wood block and cow bell, krupa brushes.this is an original student model from 1961. this is a complete set as sold in 1961 as per the catalog cut in the pictures.
