After much deliberation, I'm finally going to part with my Roland TR-606 Drumatix Computer Controlled Analog Drum Machine. It comes with the original packaging/box from Roland as well as the Operation Manual. I've just given the unit the full run through and it functions perfectly. This particular TR-606 is in great cosmetic condition, with only a few flaws to note. There are about 4 small scuffs/scratches on the top of the case that are barely visible. The original owner carefully carved his driver's license number and name (in perfect cursive even which I can't even understand how that's possible!) onto the front and top of the case as well. The bottom of the case has a few minor scuffs and scrapes as well, but overall this drum machine has clearly been well cared for considering it's age. This unit was modded by the original owner long before I purchased it (I'm the second owner) to include an additional 5 individual 1/8" outputs. Each knob in the upper mixer section now applies to an output. This modification does not remove or isolate sounds from the main mix and as you can see from the pictures, the original owner took care to be quite precise and made sure the mod itself came out clean. The additional 1/8" output jacks are robust and are perfectly in line with the corresponding knobs in the adjacent mixer section. Other than the just giving you the option to signal process/effect individual sounds from your TR-606, it also turns your Drumatix into the perfect sequencer for trigger in style drum brains! In combination with the normal trigger outs, this gives you 7 total trigger outs! I personally used it in tandem with my Tama Techstar 306 (which is also listed on eBay right now and pairs excellently with the 606, finally giving you a 606 w/ clap!) to great effect. d:) Please check the pictures for more detail and feel free to ask any questions as well.
