Here's a rare Bach Stradivarius 42B trombone in gorgeous silver plate! The horn has been cleaned, polished, and a slide alignment has been performed! It's ready to play! The 1960-70s Bach Stradviarius horns are renowned for their excellent playing characteristics, and this horn is no exception! This bell section is silver-plated, which is a thinner coating than any lacquering system and this bell really resonates nicely. As far as 42s go, this horn is one of the easier to play 42s I've ever had the pleasure of playing. As you can see there are small dings in the bell, but these can be removed at your request at the standard shop rate at the time of purchase. (Please add 5-7 business days for shop time if requested) The slide is lacquered yellow brass, not silver plated, and is in very good condition. The slide stockings are free of wear and slide action is quiet and quick! This horn includes the original french-style slimline case and a mouthpiece (contact me for mouthpiece options after auction close). Please ask any and all questions before bidding, I sell my horns 'as-is' and without returns. I used to offer returns and trial periods but several dishonest buyers took advantage of my terms and I was left holding the bag for hundreds of dollars in repairs!
