i bought this brand new July 4. I have been out of town and no time to play it and was offered a very expensive boutique amp i couldnt pass up. Ill have to sell this to pay for it. It's in perfect condition and i assume we can pass the warranty over to you. It is a very very nice sounding amp which is why i bought it. I paid $1050 for it at a local store. I will ship free with buy it now.
