Hi, you are looking at a classic 80's drum kit, in great shape for its age,it is a black gloss wrap- well rocked with a few minor scars to prove it, a few minor surface spots on the chrome, but apart from a few replacement wing nuts and newer legs on the floor tom, it's nearly all original
comprised of
22" bass, 12,13 rack toms 16" floor tom- these are early tama rockstars- made in japan (all chrome bass drum hoops, they added colour to the later ones.)
The bass has the original legs( rubber feet too!) And tom mount fitted. Original t-rods and claws too.
Snare is a 14x6 rockstar, all original, strainer works, snares intact etc.
All the serial numbers of the above, are close together so they came as a kit.
There are also-
8+10" rack toms- these are slightly newer rockstar DX- still 20-25 years old though!!
The only small difference is the tom holder pattern, the lugs etc are the same.
These have close serial numbers to each other.
Hardware included
Original hihat pedal, and snare stand - both functional but need a bit of work- so consider them free with the kit.
The best bit of this kit, that makes it stand out from the crowd is the vintage tama power tower rack! Don't see these for sale often, and it completes this rock kit perfectly!
Comes with curved bar, and 2 legs
2 cymbal arms( original tama) one needs a wing nut.
Has 4 clamps/ L rods for the toms, and 2 spare clamps for more cymbals ( or toms if you're crazy!)
Overall in good condition, but it is well used and has marks to prove it.
Like I said at the start this is a well rocked kit, but it sounds awesome( as all vintage Japanese tamas do) the only issue worth pointing out is the wrap has shrunk slightly on the floor tom( see pics) but it's only cosmetic, and only noticeable if you look for it.
