DW Craviotto 14" x 5 1/2" Lake Superior Maple Timeless Timber Snare Drum #55 Made in 2000 This is a beautiful Birdseye Solid Maple snare. And is number 55 of 200. Comes with original certificate, Craviotto key, sticks and Brochure including Craviotto case. Snare drum has used twice just so I could experience its absolute sweetness. Has always been keep in it case and is still as new and all original. This Limited Edition 14"x5 1/2" Craviotto Lake Superior birds eye maple snare drum is custom crafted from a solid plank cut from a 600 year old log that sank to the bottom of lake superior while being floated to a mill after it was cut down in 1874... the log ws recovered by the lake superior water-logged company in1998 and through an exclusive agreement with Craviotto and Drum Workshop this rare, highly figured "timeless timber" has been custom crafted into this drum which was made in 1999. This drum is made from the only wood of this type, vintage and quality that still exists on earth. This particular drum is highly figured birds eye maple inside and out and has gloss finish as can be the photos. Solid on piece shell with solid on piece reinforcing hoops... 24k gold plated tube lugs, rods and hoops. The hoops are gold plated brass and are custom hand engraved by John Aldridge. Will be properly packed and insured. Our Shipping Charge Is For Lower 48 States Only. Will Not Ship Out Of The US.
